I have led yoga therapy groups at Atlanta Center for Eating Disorders, Ridgeview Institute's Women's Unit and Foundations Recovery Network. I have been in private practice at Midtown Psychotherapy for 6 years.
I am also a 500hr Registered Yoga instructor and have completed yoga therapy certification training with Pranakriya Yoga in Atlanta as well as certification in LifeForce Yoga with Amy Weintraub. I have completed 48 continuing education hours in Biofeedback with BCIA accredited Stens Corporation. I enjoy integrating mind-body and experiential techniques in my individual sessions and groups.
A little about me personally...I live in downtown Atlanta with my husband and our rescue hound, Penny. We love to hike and visit the mountains. I enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, being with friends and family, reading, creating art, cooking and practicing yoga.
